On the 12th of August 2020, The IMANI Center for Policy and Education Manifesto team had a great discussion with the The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Manifesto team, centred around the promotion of Social protection strategies and how to maximise investments to ensure the best outcomes for the people of Ghana.

Dr. Bawumia, two of his top aides and Secretary to the Economic Management Team granted IMANI CPE an audience to discuss manifestos and how carefully targeted social protection programmes can be beneficial to children. It was a great conversation.
At the end of the meeting, the Vice-President stated profoundly that “good ideas do not expire”.
