My first official meeting after lockdown. The Indian High Commissioner to Ghana and his Second Secretary invited me for an official briefing of how India’s fight against covid-19 is being managed on the ground. The briefing and other global and national discussion of cooperation took three hours. Remember, India has recorded 19,000 cases, 3,000 recoveries and 600 deaths. They are a population of 1.2bn . They started their fight as far back as January 17. More later.
