IMANI-Moroccan Embassy Partnership Climbs Up

The Kingdom of Morocco is an important partner to Ghana. From the financial sector to energy Moroccan commercial interest abound in Ghana even though many Ghanaians are oblivious of this.

 The Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco here in Ghana has been a partner to IMANI for a considerable period of time. Later next year IMANI and the Embassy will team up to host a major international event in Ghana to discuss how both countries can take advantage of our common Geographical location in the Atlantic space to promote trade and business not only among the two countries but also among all countries located in this ‘space’.

 At 10:30am on Tuesday 16th December 12, 2014, the Moroccan Ambassador to Ghana, Mrs. Nezha Alaoui M’HAMMD and other high ranking members of the embassy will pay a courtesy call on the Founding President of IMANI at the Think tank’s East Legon offices to familiarize herself with the operations of the Think tank. As part of the visit, the Moroccan Embassy will also take the opportunity to make a donation to IMANI.

 The event will also be used as an opportunity to further elaborate on next year’s international forum.

 Also on Monday 15th December, IMANI will sign another important four-year partnership agreement with the Danish Government.
